The New Mexico Energy Library, Inc. (NMEL) of Roswell, New Mexico is a non-profit corporation formed in 1966 by independent oil operators and geologists in Roswell. The Library has continued to expand and has become a very reputable source of information for New Mexico featuring the best source of data for the Oil & Gas Industry.
